Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy tickets on SPRED Tix, a ticketing service operated by SPRED EVENTS LLP (UEN T26LL0881G) ("SPRED"). Each event is organised by the organiser named on the event page (the "Organiser"). SPRED sells tickets on the Organiser’s behalf.

1. All sales are final

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please check the event, date, time, venue, age limit and quantity before paying.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars and are the total you pay. Payment is processed by Airwallex. Your order is confirmed only when payment is received. Tickets are held for a short time during checkout and released if payment isn’t completed.

3. Age limits and entry

Events may have a minimum age, shown on the event page. You must meet it on the event date. The Organiser or venue may ask for photo ID and may refuse entry to anyone who can’t show it or doesn’t meet the age limit, without a refund. The Organiser and venue may also refuse entry or remove anyone for safety or conduct reasons.

4. Your tickets

Each QR code or ticket code admits one person, once. The first scan is the one that counts, so keep your tickets private. Tickets may not be resold for more than face value or used for commercial purposes, and tickets found to be resold or copied may be cancelled.

5. Changes and cancellation

The Organiser is responsible for the event. If an event is changed, postponed or cancelled, we will email ticket holders. Any refund in that case is decided case by case by SPRED and the Organiser outside this website; the website does not issue refunds automatically.

6. Promoter and promo codes

Promoter IDs only record who referred you and don’t change the price. Promo codes are offered by Organisers, may be limited in number or time, and can’t be exchanged for cash.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, SPRED’s liability for any ticket is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

8. Law
